· When you contact us interested in a travel proposal: First and last name, email address, phone number, location, type of trip you are interested in, budget, and any other information provided in the history of our conversations, including any information related to other people accompanying you on the trip.
· When you have booked a travel service with us or are a guest on the trip: First and last name, preferred name, email, phone number, mobile number, date of birth, address, travel itinerary, flight and transfer information, travel insurance information, passport, special occasion information, and any other information provided.
· We may also collect sensitive information after you have booked a travel service with us: Health or medical issues, allergy information, dietary requirements and preferences, weight, travel waivers, and information about children. Providing this information is entirely your choice.
· When you are listed as an emergency contact: Name, last name, and phone number.
Note about children
Children (under 18 years old) cannot use the Platform without supervision, and we ask that they do not submit any personal data through us. If you are under 18, you may only use this Platform together with, and under the supervision of, your parents or guardians.
Why we collect your information
We use the information we collect about you for the following purposes and with the following legal bases:
• To provide you with our services: to manage and maintain our relationship with you.

• To provide you with news and general information about our services, justified by our legitimate interests in offering you our services. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by contacting us at info@talestravel.mx.
• To provide you with news and general information about our services, justified by your consent if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter.
• To contact you in case of an emergency, justified by our contractual and legal obligation to ensure safe travel for our clients or to protect the vital interests of our clients.
